The event I attended was educational and informative. ******** ******** was the customer service representative that followed up with me after the event. He has continued to follow up with me and check in on me to make sure I was taken care of. He has educated me on some important topics that are timeshare related and made it apparent that he would be here for me to help me make educated decisions that were related to my timeshare. I really appreciate people who show that they genuinely care! Thank you!

We have been Bluegreen owners for 14 years and have worked very hard to learn how to use our timeshare advantageously. The representatives from Vacation Consulting Services were very professional and did not pressure anyone to do anything during the presentation. They were very helpful to all in attendance and my wife and I are glad that we attended.

I attended a lunch session in NJ and it was well structured to give the counselors a good understanding of my vacation ownership and my questions/concerns. The presenter appeared very knowledgeable of the regulatory changes in the industry of which I was unaware. When purchasing time share the sales people do not educate you on your rights. I found this session very informative and it has educated me for any future sales presentations I have to attend. Thanks.
I did not make a change concerning my ownership. The seminar was very informative, the staff was very professional and very knowledgeable of the information and questions that we asked concerning our property.

My wife and I attended their seminary and had a good experience. We learned about the new laws and the many options we have with our time share ownerships. The people were nice and knowledgeable about the industry and the many variations with the different companies. If you have questions, you should consider attending one of their seminars.
I found this program extremely informative and will definitely discuss it with my family once we get together regarding the cons and changing laws of the timeshare.
