I met with Vacation Consulting Services in September of 2016. The event I attended was educational and informative. ******** ******** was the customer service representative that followed up with me after the event. He has continued to follow up with me and check in on me to make sure I was taken care of. He has educated me on some important topics that are timeshare related and made it apparent that he would be here for me to help me make educated decisions that were related to my timeshare. I really appreciate people who show that they genuinely care! Thank you!
Hello My name is **** C.A week ago 6/8/2017.my wife and I attended one of the most informative meetings we had ever attended. Given by Vacation Consulting Services. The information we received was a real "EYE OPENER". We have had our Time Share since 1998,and we love and plan to give it to our grand children in the "distant" future. I am a skeptic I will be 70 years old this coming August. The Laws and rules that were explained to my wife and I,that's the EYE OPENER I mentioned. We were given what we both considered very valuable information. And when they (VCS) say No Pressure. that's exactly what they mean. My wife and I need to speak to our grand children about the future involving the time share. Education is "PRICELESS". So take it from a 70 year old Skeptic attend one of VCS meetings it will cost you nothing but TIME.
I met with Vacation Consulting Services in May 2017. The event I attended was educational and informative. Mr. ******** ******** was the customer service representative that followed up with me after the event. He has educated me on some important topics that related directly to my timeshare. He made it apparent that he would be here for me to help me make educated decisions that were related to my timeshare. I would recommend this service for people who want to make good decisions with their timeshare.
The information I received was very helpful. I did not get out of my timeshare, but if I ever wanted to get out of it, I believe they can help me.
Mr. ******** contacted me about my experience at the seminar and I explained it was very positive, but I had additional questions about the maintenance fees and my rights he proceeded to explain my rights and went out of his way to help me, he stayed in contact with me and called me everyday with his progress but when things didn't go as planned with me I said that we could try again in the near future he worked tirelessly trying to help me. He has excellent people skills and I would recommend him highly to anyone who needs that extra help. He seems to be a positive force in your association he is patient and knows his job and I am grateful that you have such knowledgeable people on your staff, I am looking forward to working with him in the near future.
I attended Vacation Consulting meeting on May 24th in Troy, MI. The meeting was very informative with facts, new Florida Laws, estate trust, TDI, Equity Trade & Selling info ETC.. I heard a lot of questions, had no idea people were having so many problems and paying so much. I use my weeks and many more. I visit Branson once a year and plan on stopping in. Have no changes right now and will keep you informed if I do. **** ******
I want to take a moment to thank ******** ******** with the Vacation Consulting Services for providing me with very insightful information concerning the options I have regarding my time share property. I had several conversations with him and he always presented himself in a professional manner. He provided additional information I requested, as promised, in a timely manner. I would highly recommend his services to anyone wanting unbiased information regarding the time share industry.
I attended the seminar on the premise that the effect of new laws affecting the timeshare industry were to be presented. In attendance were people with a varying degree of satisfaction with their timeshare experience, many of which were negative. At first I did not understand, myself having owned a timeshare property for 30 years that for the most part has been very positive. I soon realized that those with a negative experience were in a "points" program. In contrast, I own a deeded property for three set weeks every year, having started with one week and buying additional adjacent weeks as they became available. Early on we joined RCI and used it to stay at other resorts and travel at "bargain rates" in addition to our owned weeks. In 30 years, we never exchanged for our units. After a number of years, we dropped RCI as we found we were no longer utilizing their services. However, as the issue of maintenance fees was presented, I began to see why there is such dissatisfaction with the timeshare experience. I also understand why I receive mail and calls to get out from under maintenance fees. But I continued to think, "This does not apply to me and my situation." However, after some one-on-one discussion, I began to have some doubts about that - not for me, but for my children who will inherit the property. There are some questions about the "perpetuity" of the maintenance fees that I have to investigate. I have always though passing ** this property was a blessing, not an obligation. So as a follow up to this seminar I have some research to do. I do not have all the answers I need at this point. For others who own timeshare property, whether by deed or the points system, I would say attending this seminar is a valuable experience. If you ask, "What's in it for them?", since they are not selling anything, they address this issue.
The information on the new laws was very helpful. If you want information with time share they can help. There is no pressure or selling anything. Just timeshare updates and laws pertaining to sales and transfer of timeshares.
