Karlie Koenemann grew up in Walnut Grove, MO. She was the youngest out of three sisters, and her father had his hands full, to say the least. Growing up, her dream was to travel abroad and do charity work.
For four years, Karlie worked as a waitress at Junction Café in Willard, MO. Additionally, she spent a few years working at Sephora in the Battlefield Mall right here in Springfield, MO. While at Sephora, she gained the ability to empower her clients and make them feel confident and comfortable.
A simple conversation from someone who already worked at VCS inspired her to join the team. She liked what VCS had to offer their clients, and she valued the hard work the team put into the company.
Away from the job, Karlie has a cat named Rue and enjoys coaching basketball for 7th and 8th grade girls in the summer. She also used to coach 7th and 8th grade girls volleyball. Being able to teach the girls discipline, respect in others, confidence in themselves, and responsibility is a reward to her unto itself.
