We met with Vacation Consulting Services in Fairfax, VA. The event we attended was both educational and informative. Chandler Schooler was the customer service representative who followed up with us after this event. He has continued to follow up and check in on us to make sure we were taken care of properly. He has educated us, answered the questions we had on some important timeshare-related topics, and made it apparent that he would be there to help us make educated decisions regarding our timeshare. Chandler was cordial, professional, and results-oriented, and we would definitely work with him and VCS again.
The info VCS presented was very helpful on how to get out of my timeshare. Even though we ultimately were not interested in getting rid of our timeshare, the presentation was entertaining and I enjoyed receiving a tablet and a $100 gift card just for going.
The information VCS presented was helpful. I learned about the new laws. Everyone was very helpful and easy to talk with. While I am happy with my timeshare and will not be making a change at this time, I would use VCS again in the future if I needed them.
VCS explained the various intricacies involved in disposing of my vacation timeshare, when I attended their presentation in San Diego, California. Greg Gilliland was very helpful and courteous during this transaction. He and VCS helped me get out of my timeshare once and for all time. Not only would I use their services again, but I recommend their services to anyone else in need of help with their timeshare.
I met VCS in Memphis. They spent two hours teaching me how to use what I already owned without asking for a dime. When I decided that I wanted to move into points, they worked with my resort and helped me get into the points system. They were very proactive in their communication with me. I’m very happy with their service.
