We met with Chris about the timeshare business and how to get out of our maintenance fees. He right away greeted us and was like a friend. We loved the program he described and after many questions and answers, we signed up. When we got home we had more questions, so we called Chris and he again had all the answers. This is a blessing to us because in a few years we will be retiring and are really nervous about the payments for maintenance fees. Thanks again, Chris Vincent — you are awesome!
I met with Vacation Consulting Services in May of 2017. I thoroughly enjoyed the event. The information was helpful and educational. After the event the customer service department followed up to make sure I would get my gifts. ******** ******** was the consultant. He made it apparent that he would be here to help me make educated decisions, that were related to my timeshare, any time in the future. I would recommend this service for anyone who owns a timeshare
The information was very helpful and Danny followed up with me. Danny followed up with me getting a copy of my deed.
Did not make any changes but the info they gave us was very helpful. ***** followed up me and was very professional.
My wife and I accepted an invitation to attend a timeshares-owners informational presentation by Vacation Consulting Services (VSC). The presentation lasted about two hours during which time a buffet dinner was provided. The material provided covered a wide range of information including new laws which affect the timeshare share industry and ownership; maintenance fees paid by owners; and exit strategies for those owners who may wish to discontinue their ownership and their obligation to pay the associated costs, maintenance fees, and financially contracts. The VCS presenters were very knowledgeable of the industry and very professional in the presentation of the information. The presentation was relaxed, friendly, interesting, and very informative. After one-on-one discussion with a VCS associate my wife and I choose keep our timeshare-ownership under the current terms and conditions. But we are now better informed of what our options are going forward and we were provided with a better understanding of how that ownership may affect our heirs and we will be able to give timely consideration to those issues in our future estate-planning. I would recommend that anyone who owns, or who may be expecting to purchase or inherent a time-share attend a VCS informational presentation if they have the opportunity to do so. The information they gain will equip them to make well-informed decisions from a position of knowledge and understanding of the industry and the laws which control it.
